This is my new favorite song.....
Check them out Big and Rich
Save a Horse Ride a Cowboy
Well, I walk into the room
Passing out hundred dollar bills
And it kills and it thrills like the horns on my Silverado grill
And I buy the bar a double round of crown
And everybody's getting down
An' this town ain't never gonna be the same.
(Chorus:)
Cause I saddle up my horse
and I ride into the city
I make a lot of noise
Cause the girls
They are so pretty
Riding up and down Broadway
on my old stud Leroy
And the girls say
Save a horse, ride a cowboy.
Everybody says
Save a horse, Ride a cowboy
Well I don't give a dang about nothing
I'm singing and Bling- Blanging
While the girls are drinking
Long necks down!
And I wouldn't trade ol' Leroy
or my Chevrolet for your Escalade
Or your freak parade
I'm the only John Wayne left in this town
And I saddle up my horse
and I ride into the city
I make a lot of noise
Cause the girls
They are so pretty
Riding up and down Broadway
on my old stud Leroy
And the girls say
Save a horse, ride a cowboy.
Everybody says
Save a horse, Ride a cowboy
(Spoken:)
I'm a thourough-bred
that's what she said
in the back of my truck bed
As I was gettin' buzzed on suds
Out on some back country road.
We where flying high
Fining, whine, having ourselves a good and rich time
And I was going, just about as far as she'd let me go.
But her evaluation
of my cowboy reputation
Had me begging for slavation
all night long
So I took her out kicking frogs
Introduced her to my old bird dog
And sang her every Wilie Nelson song I could think of
And we made love
And I saddled up my horse
and I ride into the city
I make a lot of noise
Cause the girls
They are so pretty
Riding up and down Broadway
on my old stud Leroy
And the girls say
Save a horse, ride a cowboy.

What? What?

My Pity Party
My mom called me today with depressing news. I have to start paying back another loan from school. It wouldn't be so bad had I finished school and had a good job to have the money to pay the damn things back. But I didn't finish school, I have a shitty job and I make no money. Life is so wonderful sometimes.

Song that is stuck in my head today.
Rollin' down a backwoods Tennessee byway, one arm on the wheel, holdin' my
lover with the other: a sweet, soft, Southern thrill.
Worked hard all week; got a little jingle on a Tennessee Saturday night.
Couldn't feel better: I'm together with my Dixieland Delight.
Spend my dollar; parked in a holler 'neath the mountain moonlight; hold her
uptight; make a little lovin', a little turtle dovin' on a Mason Dixon night.
Fits my life, oh, so right: My Dixieland Delight.
I can't get it out of my head HELP!

The Perfect Country Song
I was drunk the day my mom got out of prison
And I went to pick her up in the rain
But before I could get to the station in my pickup truck
She got runned over by a damned ol' train!
This is the song that has been stuck in my head all day. Thanks Heidi...thanks a bunch.

I haven't posted in awhile....
This is pretty much due to nothing really going on in my life...other than the drunken road trip I did Saturday, but Heidi already posted about that adventure and I don't really care to elaborate any more on that subject.
The search for a second job is not really successful at the moment. I really need one too! The money I'm making at my current job is not great. I'm barely scraping by and it sucks. Depressing is a better adjective for it.
