This is Brendan Gaughan. He is a rookie NASCAR driver. And as most of you know I am a huge NASCAR fan. Well last night I was working at Tony's the bar & grill I work at. 2 couples come in and one of the guys has a #77 Kodak shirt on. So I ask him if he is a Brendan Gaughan fan. (Kodak is the sponsor on the car and 77 is the number) The group seems surprised I know who Brendan Gaughan is. To make a long story short, the guy with the shirt is actually the rear tire carrier for the Kodak pit crew. To me this is awesome. Meeting anyone to have to do with a NASCAR team is interesting to me. Well anyway the guy asks me my name and proceeds to tell me that he's going to tell Brendan that he had a waitress who was a fan and that they'll come back to see me and maybe bring me a surprise. To me that is just so cool. I am such a dork.......but I love it! Posted by Hello

"But for one night, anyhow, the team from Detroit was the team from everywhere, the public school kids beating the preppy private school kids, the beer league softball team beating the stiffly uniformed semi-pro squad, the local bowler outrolling the visiting pro, the duffer playing a winning round against the club champion.

So the Pistons' locker room early Wednesday morning was not only full of players, their kids, their cousins, their friends, but also Kid Rock, the singer, saying "FU** L.A.! You want me to say it louder? "

I'm getting ready to leave for Michigan. I'm excited to go home, yet I wish it was a different weekend. I'm really loving my new job at Tony's. This weekend is our official grand opening and I have to miss it. It sucks! Hopefully I'll have a good time up in Michigan.

I have a little dilemma.
I finally got a 2nd job at a new bar that has just opened up. "Big Cheer from everyone!" I really want to quit the job at the vending company, but I don't think I'm going to just yet. I'm going to try to work at Tony's nights and weekends only. It's a bar that just opened, so until things get organized and settled down I think I should keep both. On the plus side of things sounds like Justin is going to be my manager.
